Our activities support filmmakers through all stages of completion – development, funding, production, post-production, and distribution. The aim of the Silver Eye Award is not only to praise the artistically most interesting films, but also to help those films to find sales agent or promote them through programmes of various film festivals. Silver Eye as an award of the film market focused on central and eastern European documentary films has very unique position, since the market accepts not only submitted films, but also actively searches for new interesting titles to include. From that point of view, East Silver and Silver Eye offer the best insight into the documentary area of central and eastern Europe.
